Hem & Her is a locally-owned business that has been here for Tucson families for over 25 years. Located just south of the Tucson Mall in a 1920’s farmhouse (at the scissors), we’re a part of your family. It’s not uncommon for Hem & Her to have done a girl’s Quinceanera gown, dressed her for Prom, and made bridal alterations for her very special wedding day. We’ve also been there at the last minute for someone needing a rush, on-the-spot, emergency alteration for their special day!

Expert seamstress, Joyce Feickert, has a history spanning over thirty years in the design and tailoring industry. She was inspired at an early age growing up on a farm in South Dakota. After many years of education in the fashion and design industry, work in the New York garment district, and travels throughout the world for design and fabric inspiration, owners Joyce and her husband, Marvin Kirchler, are proud to serve you.
